The following incidents were obtained from Franklin County Sheriff David L. Bartoni. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

December 4

• Deputies arrested Joshua K. Comer, 36, of Marion on a charge of theft.

December 6

• Deputies ticketed Emily C. Russell, 32, of Christopher for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• Deputies ticketed Shawn M. Fulmer, 43, of DeSoto for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• Deputies arrested James D. Muck, 28, of Johnston City on a warrant for failure to appear for burglary.

December 7

• Deputies arrested Robert L Gifford, 41, of Sesser on charges of possession of burglary tools,unlawful possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, obstructing justice, and a Jefferson County failure-to-appear warrant for theft.

• Deputies arrested Travis D. Burnett, 29, of Benton on charges of unlawful restraint, aggravated fleeing or eluding a peace officer, reckless driving, and a Franklin County failure-to-appear warrant for criminal damage to government supported property.

• Deputies arrested Jesse L. Peldo, 32, of Marion on a warrant for failure to appear for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle.

December 8

• Deputies arrested Lowell V. Moore, 45, of Benton on charges of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of methamphetamine.

• Deputies ticketed Justus J. Poole, 21, of West Frankfort for improper lane usage and driving while license suspended.

December 11

• Deputies arrested Coty A. Reeder, 32, of Benton on a charge of reckless discharge of a firearm.

• Deputies arrested Timothy A. Reeder, 51, of West Frankfort on a charge of reckless discharge of a firearm.

• Deputies arrested Bridget K. Reeder, 27, of West Frankfort on a charge of resisting a peace officer.

• Deputies arrested Lloyd A. Beardsley, 52, of Benton on a charge of domestic battery.

December 12

• Deputies arrested Jeremy M. Toth, 34, of Benton on a warrant for failure to appear for theft.
