Randolph County sheriff's blotter

The following information was obtained this week from the Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt. People listed as incarcerated may no longer be in jail.

Cory S. Houk, 33, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 13 by Chester police on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for deceptive practice. Was incarcerated.

Michael G. Bohnert, 31, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 13 by Chester police and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession drug paraphernalia, operating uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration. Released on recognizance bond.

Angela R. Rohan, 26, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 14 by Chester police and charged with unlawful possession of narcotic instrument, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, no rear registration light. Was incarcerated.

Jared R. Shoemaker, 27, of New Athens, was arrested Oct. 14 by Tilden police and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Was incarcerated.

Brent A. Lee, 39, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 14 by Chester police and charged with methamphetamine delivery and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Was incarcerated.

Kyle R. Dotson, 27, of Tilden, was arrested Oct. 14 by Sparta police on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Bond was set at $3,000. Was incarcerated.

Robert T. Hartz, 37, of Steeleville, was arrested Oct. 15 by Steeleville police on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Released on recognizance bond.

Amanda J. Houk, 35, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 15 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant and charged with theft. Released after posting $500 cash bond.

Joshua B. Berry, 43, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 15 by Chester police and charged with DUI. Released after posting $100 cash bond plus driver's license.

Curtis L. Pendegraft, 54, of Summerfield, was arrested Oct. 15 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Was incarcerated.

Julie J. Cox, 43, of Robinson, was arrested Oct. 16 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on an unlawful possession of methamphetamine charge. Was incarcerated.

Brandon M. Woods, 29, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 17 by Chester police and charged with aggravated battery, a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on a resisting a peace officer charge and a Sangamon County warrant for failure to appear in court on an unlawful possession of narcotic instrument charge. Bond was set at $13,500 cash bond. Was incarcerated.

David L. Worley, 37, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 17 by Chester police and charged with domestic battery and battery. Was incarcerated.

Jason R. McConnell, 42, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 17 by Chester police and charged with DUI, driving while license revoked, leaving scene of accident, operating uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident. Released after posting $300.

Joshua D. Stacy, 34, of Marissa, was arrested Oct. 18 by Steeleville police on a Perry County warrant for DUI. Bond was set at $15,000. Was incarcerated.

Ervin L. Sanders, 35, of Red Bud, was arrested Oct. 19 by Red Bud police and charged with domestic battery and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to land charge. Bond was set at $2,000. Was incarcerated.
