Police Blotter

The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

•  Thomas Duffey, 57, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery in the 900 block of N. Garfield St. on May 16.

•  David Liszewski, 38, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in the 1300 block of E. Main St.

•  Kevin Middendorf, 56, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft in the 1700 block of W. DeYoung St. on May 15.

•  Willie Parham, 25, of Nashville, TN, has been charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery and Interference with Reporting Domestic Violence in the 900 block of Highland St. on May 13.

•  Douglas Robinson, 33, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Too Fast for Conditions in the areas of E. Main St. and N. Fair St. on May 14.

•  Stephanie Garland, 31, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery and Disorderly Conduct in the 3300 block of W. DeYoung St. on May 14.

•  Bradley Bigham, 28, of Mound City, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault to a Police Officer in the 1000 block of W. DeYoung St. on May 15.
