Chester city employees take down the banners celebrating local veterans that were hung last spring, and replace them with Christmas decorations. On the lift are Charlie Bargman (behind) and Todd Yankey (wearing his dear antlers). It took two days to complete the task, but the end result was a beautiful city, ready to greet Thanksgiving visitors to town.
