Keith O'Neil 'Opie' Ginn of Harrisburg

Keith O'Neil "Opie" Ginn, age 39, of Harrisburg, passed away at 11:49 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Keith was born on July 19, 1978 in Decatur, Illinois to Keith A. Ginn and Tammera Chamness.

Keith is survived by his wife, Emily Ginn of Harrisburg; parents, Keith A. Ginn and Tammera Simmons; daughter, Mercedes Marie Ginn of Harrisburg; sons, Dustin Ginn, Kaden Ginn and Trenton Byrd, all of Harrisburg; sister, Christina Sims of Mesa, Arizona; brothers, Foster Turner of Harrisburg and David Ginn of Iowa; and stepparents Rick Simmons and Lori Ginn.

Keith was preceded in death by a son, John Ginn, brother, Karey Ginn and sister, Pam Ginn.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. Christina Sims will officiate. Burial will follow in New Salem Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Reed Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Dustin Ginn and Mercedes Marie Ginn, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
