Gwendolyn C. Edmonds, formerly of Benton

Gwendolyn C. Edmonds, 84, of Sterling and formerly of Benton, passed away at 6:10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 30, 2021, at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba.

She was born March 25, 1937, in Benton to Earl and Ruby (Childers) Vaughn. They preceded her in death.

She married Bobbi J. Campbell and later married Cecil Edmonds. They also preceded her in death along with two brothers, Bob and Butch Vaughn, and two sisters, Peggy and Donna.

Surviving are two children, Sandy (Howard) Lundell and Jim Edmonds; grandchildren Nathan Gillespie, Bryce Gillespie, Bethany Terviel, Brandon Lundell, Megan Edmonds, Michael Bushaw and Becky Bushaw; and great-grandchildren Gavin, Quinn, Audin, Ezra, Nash, Reese, Sawyer, Amiyah and Colby.

Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Please subscribe to her online obituary to receive updates.
