Pet of the week Innio needs a calm, quiet home

This darling 8-year-old girl is Innio. She is a bit shy and bashful, but is coming around in her foster home and starting to show her playful and sweet side.

She doesn't like to be held, but enjoys some attention and affection. She needs a home that will give her the time and space to learn that the world is a good place.

Innio's foster mom rescued her from a farm and certain death (she had a rectal prolapse that is now healed).

And while Innio didn't really want anybody to touch her for her first month in the foster home, she is now seeking attention, leaning into any hands that reach out to give her love.

She doesn't care for kittens (they're too active for her), she gets along with other cats, is fine with her foster's small dog, and would probably be fine with older kids who allow her to get comfortable at her own speed.

Innio's ideal home would be a calm, quiet home with one person. She will need patience, love and kindness. If you're the right home for this girl to keep coming out of her shell, apply for her today!

The adoption fee is $75. All adopted pets go to their new homes spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
