Charlie Bargman of Chester donates blood at the Feb. 16 Red Cross Blood Drive hosted at the American Legion in Chester. Bargman has been a faithful donor for more than 20 years and enjoys helping others via his donations. During January Chester donors had a goal of 27 units and collected 15 units with 21 people attempting to donate. At the February drive, 45 people attempted to donate. The goal was 40 units and the drive collected 40 units.
