Bob Welker given Rotary's highest honor

Chester Rotarian Bob Welker, the owner of Rozier's Country Market, has been named a Paul Harris Fellow, the highest honor given by Rotary International. Welker was honored for keeping Rozier's Country Market, open and well-stocked during the current pandemic. Members of the Chester Rotary Club met recently at the home of Ralph Kipp, another Harris Fellow.
