Roger Dale Rollman of Shawneetown

Roger Dale Rollman, 69, of Shawneetown, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare in Eldorado.

He was born in Eldorado on Feb. 16, 1949, the son of Dale and Loree (Pitts) Rollman. He had worked at the Harrisburg Medical Center in housekeeping. Roger was also a member of the Shawneetown First Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.

Roger is survived by his family: his mother, Loree Rollman of Eldorado; one son, Roger D. Rollman Jr. of Shawneetown; one daughter, Lori A. (Mike) Pritchard of Shawneetown; two sisters, Barbara (Eddie) Vickery of Junction and Joyce (Jeff) Guard of Harrisburg; and one grandchild, Jaydon A. Pritchard.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation for Roger will be held from 11 a.m. to service time at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 2 at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown. Pastor Jack Hall will officiate the service. Burial will be at the Jackson Cemetery near Ridgway with military honors.
