Eldorado Garden Study Club sets theme, plans for 2022

Members of the Eldorado Garden Study Club planning committee met in January at the Eldorado Library.

The group first decided on a theme for the year, which will be "Plant America ... Play Outside."

The group then began to fill the 2022 calendar with informative and enjoyable presentations, trips and activities.

As an affiliate of both the National Garden Clubs and the Garden Clubs of Illinois, the club will align its plans with the state and national objectives while incorporating its own local flavor and resources.

Plans for 2022 will include traditional activities, such as the plant sale in May and the Paducah Gardens Tour but will also incorporate new presentations from local gardening enthusiasts and experts, as well as some programs from club members.
