Marion Police Blotter

The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Nicholas Rodgers, 29, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 900 block of W. Union St. on Feb. 15.

Jacob Davison, 25, of Johnston City, has been arrested on charges of 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Turning, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving in the Wrong Lane in the area of N. Market St. and W. Boulevard St. on Feb. 13.

Xiayu Mei, 36, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Attempting to Disarm a Police Officer in the are of N. Carbon St. on Feb. 16.

Zacary Wright, 23, of Centralia, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Reckless Driving in the are of W. Rendleman St. and Carbon St. on Feb. 12.

Brian Tewell, 35, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Theft of Services in the 1100 block of N. Carbon St. on Feb. 11.

Michael Miller, 27, of Carbondale, has been issued citations for Improper Lane Usage, No Valid Insurance, Driver's License Not on his Person and Illegal Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle in the area of N. Carbon St. on Feb. 4.

Bryan Asamoah, 28, of Carbondale, has been issued a citation for Illegal Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle in the area of N. Carbon St. on Feb. 4.
