Thelma Lucille Pennell, 87, of Elizabethtown passed away March 12, 2025, at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Ind.

Services took place March 15 at Keeling Hill Church with interment in Empire Cemetery.

Donations may be made to Keeling Hill Church. Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare is in charge of arrangements.
