Meet Mrs. Thornberry
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Tina Thornberry is the new Family Consumer Science teacher at Chester High School. Mrs. Thornberry began her new position this fall at CHS and seems to be enjoying her new position as a CHS faculty member. This fall Thornberry teaches an introduction FCS class, Foods and Child Development. Prior to coming to Chester High School she taught Child Care and Consumer Education at Beck Area Career Center. Mrs. Thornberry grew up in Mahomet, Illinois and graduated from Eastern Illinois University. She is married and has three beautiful children, Chloe (10), Ivy (5) and Eli (2). She and her husband and children currently live in Belleville, but hope to move closer to Chester once they sell their house in Belleville. Mrs. Thornberry notes that she is excited to be teaching here at CHS and she loves the block schedule. She wishes everyone both at CHS and Chester in general, a fabulous school year.
