Hospital recognized with Bright Spot Award
The campus of Memorial Hospital in Carbondale has been recognized with a Bright Spot Award from Keep Carbondale Beautiful, a local affiliate of Keep America Beautiful. The hospital campus is beautifully landscaped, notably at the corner of North University Avenue and West Main Street. Additionally, the terraced flower beds at the main entrance of the hospital are striking this time of year and no doubt brighten the moods of staff, visitors and patients.
