The following incidents were reported by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Note that arrests and citations are allegations only, and not findings of guilt.

July 16

• Deputies ticketed Jessica M. Foster, 30, of West Frankfort for disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• Deputies arrested Dustin C.J. Curry, 33, of West Frankfort on a warrant for violation of probation.

July 18

• Deputies arrested Aaron E. Shadowens, 38, of Benton on charges of theft, tampering with communication services, theft of communication services and criminal damage to property.

• Deputies arrested Cory M. Stearns, 37 of Benton on charges of theft, tampering with communication services, theft of communication services and criminal damage to property.

• Deputies arrested Michael L. Cottonaro, 33, of Pittsburg on a warrant for failure to appear for retail theft.

July 20

• Deputies arrested Joseph D. Gouge, 42, of Buckner on a charge of criminal damage to property.

• Deputies arrested Jordan L. Hewitt, 24, of Zeigler on a Saline County warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

July 21

• Deputies arrested Tanya A. Cavness age 57 of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.

• Deputies arrested Joey D. Nauman, 58, of Benton on a charge of domestic battery.

• Deputies arrested Larry D. Duncan, 33, of Johnston City on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

• Deputies arrested Robert E. Cockrum, 62, of Benton on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

• Deputies arrested Samantha E. Cardwell, 18, of Benton on a warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

July 22

• Deputies arrested Ryan P. Nalley, 40, of Thompsonville on a warrant for failure to appear for aggravated battery and possession of methamphetamine.

July 24

• Deputies arrested Steven F. Gibson, 32, of Christopher on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, two warrants for possession of methamphetamine, a warrant for delivery of methamphetamine, a warrant for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of weapons by a felon and obstructing identification.
