Patti Lou Frassato

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Patti Lou Frassato of Pinckneyville, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, September 9, 2008 at the Beacon Hospice Facility in Longview, Texas.

She was born in Du Quoin on September 16, 1932, the daughter of Robert and Edyplano (Thomas) Pair. She was a member of the Gospel Assembly Church of Du Quoin. She married Robert Frassato on May 23, 1970 in Pinckneyville, and he survives. During her early years, Patti worked as a Legal Secretary and Court Reporter in Perry County. Patti was also a member of the Xi Eta Gamma Sorority, the Perry County Homemakers Education Association, and Swanwick Quilting Club, and was an avid collector of dolls. Patti's greatest joy was her family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Frassato of Pinckneyville; one son, Bob and Leslie Blake of Longview, Texas; three granddaughters, Tiffany Blake, Chelsey Blake and Madison Blake all of Longview, Texas; one sister, Ruth Pair of Du Quoin; one brother, Robert and Connie Pair of Du Quoin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant son and one infant sister.

Funeral services will be held at the Gospel Assembly Church, Du Quoin, on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 11 a.m. at with Rev. Dennis Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be in the Bethel Cemetery, Swanwick.

Friends may call at the Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, on Friday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Saturday at the Gospel Assembly Church, DuQuoin, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Friends may make memorials to the Gospel Assembly Church, Du Quoin, or the Bethel Cemetery Association, Swanwick.
