Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Sparta, IL with Pastor David Moody officiating. Burial was in the Caledonia Cemetery in Sparta.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
