Johnanna Prusacki

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Johnanna Prusacki, 74, of Nashville, formerly of Tamaroa, passed away at 3:29 a.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Johnanna had been activity director at the Fair View Nursing Center in Du Quoin, retiring after twenty-nine years of service. She was a member of the Friendship Church of Christ at Tamaroa.

She was born February 13, 1935 at Du Quoin, the daughter of Max and Moriene (Sizemore) Morrow and Lester Robison.

She is survived by three daughters- Cheryl Sabo and husband Stephen of Nashville, Cindy Prusacki and partner Laura Janaske of Nashville and Jennifer "JJ" Wiesen and husband Scott of Centralia, two brothers- Max Morrow of Sondheimer, La. and Richard Morrow of Tamaroa, thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and her beloved dog Tigger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons- Joseph Prusacki and Kenneth Prusacki, and two sisters- Ina Longshore and Katherine George.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009 at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa with Bro. Arven Kirkpatrick officiating.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.

Burial will be in the Tamaroa Cemetery at Tamaroa.

Friends may make memorials to the Prusacki Scholarship Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
