Thomas W. Keil
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. Thomas "Tommy" W. Keil, 58, of rural Nashville, departed this life at 10:41 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at his residence.
Mr.Keil was born March 28, 1952 in Du Quoin, the son of Henry and Dorothy (Corr) Keil. He was united in marriage to Paula Hill on Dec. 2, 1978 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Todds Mill, Ill. and she survives his passing.
Tommy worked in the maintenance department at BICC General in Du Quoin for 26 years, until his illness forced him to retire. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Todds Mill. Tommy loved motorcycles, fishing and he enjoyed music and playing his harmonica.
Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Paula Keil; a sister, Sally Rhine; a brother, Denny Keil; a brother-in-law, Bobby Hill of rural Nashville; three sisters-in-law, Barbara Dintelmann and Cherry Dagenhardt of Nashville and Christy Wood and husband Doug of Chester; nieces; nephews; other relations and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services were held at 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 12 at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville with Fr. Bernard Goode officiating. Following services, cremation was performed.
Friends called at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville from 5 p.m. until the hour of services on Saturday.
