Andrea Lea Overton

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Andrea Lea Overton, 26, of Christopher, Ill., passed away suddenly July 8, 2010 at Marshall Browning Hospital Emergency Room in Du Quoin, Ill.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Overton was born Sept. 1, 1983 in Sparta, Ill., a daughter to Jeffrey Scronce and Darla Markovitch. She married Patrick Ray Overton.

She is survived by her husband; two infant daughters, Savanna Joe Overton and Lacy Marey Lynn Overton and her mother, all of Christopher; two step-daughters Brittany Plumlee of Buckner, Ill. and Sarah Overton of Christopher; two brothers, Daron (Bridget) Fulkerson of Pinckneyville, Ill. and Jarrod Scronce of Joliet, Ill.; two nephews, Chase and Cade Fulkerson; two aunts; one uncle and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jeffrey Scronce; paternal grandparents, Leslie and Bertha (Carpenter) Scronce; maternal grandparents, Joe and Molly Marcovitch; three aunts and four uncles.

Andrea enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her children. She will be sadly missed.

Graveside service was held Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Old Du Quoin Cemetery.

There was no visitation. Friends and family were asked to meet at the cemetery.
