He was born to Albert A. and Matilda Mary (nee:Brewer) on November 16, 1921 in Sereno, MO.

Edmund married Mae Canady on November 7, 1942 in Perryville, MO. She survives.

He was a retired heavy equipment operator for Local 520.

He was a member of Our Lady of Victory in Sereno, MO, the Chester Eagles and the Elks of Perryville.

Funeral Service was at 11:00 am, Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, IL

Visitation was held Thursday - 8:30 am - 11:00 am at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, IL

Interment: Paradise Cemetery in Steeleville, Illinois
