Edwin R. Lamczyk

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Edwin R. Lamczyk, 80, of Tamaroa, passed away at 9:32 p.m., Sunday, June 24, 2012 at the home of his sister in Nashville, Ill.

Edwin had been a farmer. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church at Todds Mill.

He was born July 1, 1931 at Du Bois, Ill., the son of August and Cecelia (Bonk) Lamczyk.

He is survived by one brother - James Lamczyk of Pinckneyville, three sisters - Marcella Lamczyk of Tamaroa, Genevieve Barnowski of Nashville and Emily Chlebowski of Nashville, one nephew and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church at Todds Mill with Fr. Bernard C. Goedde, Jr. officiating.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.

Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m., Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.

Friends may make memorials to Masses and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery at Todds Mill.
