Doris Faye Sanders

Doris Faye Sanders, age 60, of Elkville, Ill., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at 2:15 a.m. in her home.

Doris was born on March 7, 1952 in Carbondale, Ill., a daughter to Ruben and Virginia (Reid) Nesbitt. On Sept. 22, 1972, she married Gerald Sanders in Carbondale, Ill. and he survives. She was a member of the Elkville Christian Church, Elkville, Ill. and was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking. She had always dearly loved children and had babysat and helped raise several kids over the years.
