Brenda Fulkerson Wall

Brenda Fulkerson Wall, 67, of Old Du Quoin, passed away at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

She was born Dec. 13, 1946 at Morganfield,Ky., the daughter of Andrew and Ruth (Campbell) Fulkerson.

Brenda worked as a home care giver for the elderly. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandsons.

She is survived by her children- Robert Wall and wife Elizabeth, Jennifer Wall and Kelley Melton, two grandsons- Wyatt and Waylan Melton and a sister-in-law, Glinda Fulkerson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Jimmie and Kenneth Fulkerson.

Following her wishes, Brenda will be cremated and a get-together to celebrate her life will be announced at a later date.
