Phillip Michael "Mike" Majewski, 58, of Du Quoin, passed away at 7:47 P.M., Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Du Quoin with Fr. Joseph Oganda officiating.

Friends may call from 9 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Saturday.

Suzanne, Amanda and Melissa request that in lieu of floral or ornamental gifts, memorials be made to the college fund for Stella Ray Leffner. Donations may be made payable to Suzanne Majewski and will be accepted at the funeral home.
