Obit for Dr. Armon Bert

DR. ARMON ANTHONY BERT, D.C., 56 of Perryville, Missouri, formerly of Chester, Illinois; passed away at 10:04 a.m., Sunday, February 21, 2016 in Kirkwood, Missouri.

He was born to the late Leo C. and Mabel (nee Postman) Bert on August 24, 1959 in Chester, Illinois.

Armon received his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and had work at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio.

He then went to school to become a Chiropractor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Ohio and graduated in 2000.

Armon went to work at Dr. Bobb Chiropractic Center in Silvis, Illinois from 2000-2008 before moving to Perryville, Missouri.

For the past eight years, Armon owned and operated Perryville Chiropractic Center, Perryville, Missouri.

Armon was of the Catholic Faith. He was a member of the Perryville Rotary Club and had served as President.

He was also a die-hard St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan.

Survivor include 2 Brothers Lenny (Carole) Bert, Chester, IL, Norbert Bert, Chester, IL; 3 Sisters Gerri (Charles) Keeble, Oak Ridge, MO, Mary (Prentiss) Wilson, Percy, IL, Sandy Kisro (Friend - Neal Bierman), Campbell Hill, IL; Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends

Preceded in death by: Parents, 1 Brother-in-law - Michael Wingerter and 1 Nephew - Jeff Bendorf

Funeral Service was held Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, Illinois with Very Reverend Eugene H. Wojcik, V.F. officiating.

Interment is to be held at a later date.

Visitation was held Wednesday - 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Thursday - 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, Illinois.
