Maria Michelle Roberts of Du Quoin

DU QUOIN - Maria Michelle Roberts, 52, of Du Quoin, passed away at 10:32 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 16, 2019 at her residence.

Michelle had been an assembly line worker for Aisin Manufacturing in Marion. She was of the Protestant faith. Michelle had graduated from Du Quoin High School.

She was born Aug. 1, 1967 in Du Quoin, the daughter of Marlin R. and Barbara (Conner) Nevill.

She is survived by her parents of Du Quoin, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George and Faye Nevill, and her maternal grandparents, Orval and Florence Conner.

Per Michelle's request, cremation rites were conducted.

Memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.

Friends are invited to make memorials in Michelle's name to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to the family. Memorials will be accepted at the funeral home.

Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Park in Du Quoin at a later date.
