Henry Gene ‘Geno’ Fatheree of Elizabethtown

Henry Gene “Geno” Fatheree, 72, of Elizabethtown passed away peacefully Monday, April 22, 2024, with his wife and family by his side.

Gene taught school at Hardin County K-12 for 47 years. He was also a coach at Hardin County for 35 years and a school bus driver for 40 years. Gene had served as a school board member and was president of the school board in the past.

Funeral services were held Monday, April 29 in the Hardin County School gymnasium. Hardin County Funeral Service is handling the arrangements.
