The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Bernard Cole, 38, of Marion, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Possession/Delivery of Drugs n Mar. 7, in the area of S. Russell St. and W. Main St.

Tracy Easterling, 22, of Bassfield, MS, has been arrested on charges of Unlawful Use of cannabis by Driver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Aggravated Unlawful Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Driving While License Suspended in the 400 block of E. DeYoung St. on Mar. 7.

Martavian Jackson, 29, of Columbus, GA, has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 400 block of E. DeYoung St. on Mar. 7.

Mario Ward, 37, of Carrier Mills, has been issued citations for Manufacture/Possess with Intent to Deliver Cannabis, Manufacture/Delivery Controlled Substance and Driving While License Suspended on Mar. 2, in the area of W. DeYoung St.

Alicia Klisnick, 20, of Marion, has been issued citations for Improper Display of Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on Mar. 3, in the area of N. Otis St. and E. Thompson St.

James Weir, 24, of Carrier Mills, has been arrested or Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer and Obstructing Justice in the area of N. Otis St. and E. Thompson St. on Mar. 3.

Michael Neff, 39, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Mar. 3.

Donald Braucher, 37, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery, Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer and Interfering with Reporting a Domestic Battery in the 900 block of Virginia Ave. on Mar. 4.

Brittni Boggess, 31, of Carterville, has been issued citations for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage on Mar. 4, in the area of N. Russell St. and W. Boulevard.
