Sue was born on June 18, 1938 in Saline County to the late Charles "Jack" and Retta (Motsinger) Miller.

Ms. Sue, as many in the community knew her, was a nurse, whose most beloved and fulfilling job was being school nurse at the Carrier Mills/Stonefort schools.

She treated every child who went through the school as her own. She loved her "Wildcats" and was their biggest supporter and fan. If you ever went to a Carrier Mills basketball game Ms. Sue probably sold you a ticket.

Sue is survived by three children, Stacey (Shain) Miller of Carrier Mills, Marcy (Britt) Martin of Carrier Mills and Eric (Lisa) Field of Moberly, Missouri.

Her greatest pleasure was being called "Mama Sue" by her grandchildren, Issac (Samantha) Craig, Brittni (Michael) Sills, Colton Martin, Ethan Miller, Ashton (Jeremy) Musgraves, Ryan Field, Rachel Field, Hannah Field and Carter Field.

She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Aiden and Ava Craig, Decklin and Myka Sills, and Abbi, Jaylie and Kase Musgraves.

She is also survived by her brother, Gary Miller; a niece, Pam (Brett) Rice and a great-nephew, Nate Rice.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Retta Miller; a daughter, Susan Lynn Kidd and a sister-in-law, Donna Sue Miller.
