Brandon Lee Roski of Harrisburg

Brandon Lee Roski, 35, of Harrisburg passed away at 6:57 p.m. May 18, 2021 in New Market, Tennessee.

He was born Jan. 10, 1986 in Hinsdale, Illinois.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Carolyn (Roski) Weaver of Mount Vernon; father, Robin Lee Weaver and Denetta of Wayne City; children, Mila Marie and Daymon James; siblings, Sean Adam, Emery Charles and Cherry Alyse; nieces and nephews, Caleb, Gavin, Gianna, Amin, Ashdin, Cash, Colton, Cadleigh and Briar; grandfather, also known as papa, James E. Anderson; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Brandon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robin Roski and "Momoe" Marie Anderson; paternal grandparents, Christine and Charles Weaver; and uncle, James Charles.

There was never a dull moment with Brandon. He was funny, expressive, sporadic, and comical. He had a unique, tight bond with his siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brandon was a wonderful father and was very active in his children's lives. He was passionate and loved everyone he knew. Brandon was inquisitive and inclined to achieve anything he set his mind to. He had an energy that enlightened everyone. He was a roller coaster - serious to hilarious - in 0-60, having everyone in stitches of laughter.

Brandon was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He took pride in growing things, from his garden to his children. He had an opinion about everything and was a mad scientist with his words. His mind was both brilliant and eccentric. Brandon, lovingly known as "Wilbur" by his family, is so greatly loved and will be missed. The world will not be the same place with his light, laughter, and love gone from here, but his family finds comfort in the fact that he has been reunited with his uncle James and they will forever watch over the ones they held most dear.

A visitation was held Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Newell Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
