Randolph County sheriff's blotter

The following information was obtained this week from the Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt. People listed as incarcerated may no longer be in jail.

• Ayla M. Jones, 28, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 5 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to residence warrant. Released after posting $250 cash bond.

• Jordan L. Mason, 27, of O'Fallon, was arrested Oct. 5 by Sparta police on a St. Clair County warrant for failure to appear on a stolen vehicle charge. Bond was set at $10,000. Was incarcerated.

• Chace D. Hille, 23, of Steeleville, was arrested Oct. 6 by Steeleville police and charged with aggravated fleeing/eluding, operating uninsured motor vehicle, leaving the scene of accident, violation of driver's license class. Was incarcerated.

• Travis M. Porter, 37, of Red Bud, was arrested Oct. 6, 2020 by Red Bud police and charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Was incarcerated.

• Wesley A. Fields 22, Chester, was arrested Oct. 7 by Chester police and charged with DUI, operating uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful transportation of cannabis and one taillight out. Bond was set at $3,000. Was incarcerated.

• Talon Matthew Bush, 36, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 7 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of ammunition by felon charge. Bond was set at $25,000. Was incarcerated.

• Chauncy D. Lucas, 20, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 7 by Sparta police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear for unlawful possession of firearm without a FOID card and resisting a peace officer. Released after posting $650 cash bond.

• Faith M. Renner, 18, of Steeleville, was arrested Oct. 7, 2020 by Steeleville police and charged with theft. Was incarcerated.

• Tabitha R. Cole, 31, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 6 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on a retail theft charge. Released on recognizance bond.

• Marissa R. Shaw, 35, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 8 by Sparta police and charged with obstructing justice, no valid driver's license, operating uninsured motor vehicle and a Perry County warrant for failure to appear on an obstructing charge and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on a retail theft charge. Bond was set at $11,000. Was incarcerated.

• Austin R. Lynn, 22, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 8 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Released after posting $300 cash bond.

• Skylar B. Danaha, 26, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 8 by Tilden police on a Clinton County warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license revoked charge. Bond was set at $13,000. Was incarcerated.

• Victor J. Riley, 19, of Springfield, was arrested Oct. 8 by Steeleville police and charged with speeding and unlawful possession of controlled substance. Was incarcerated.

• Cory S. Houk, 33, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 9 by Chester police and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of narcotic instrument. Was incarcerated.

• Shane M. Shannon, 43, of Baldwin, was arrested Oct. 10 by Prairie Du Rocher police on a Clinton County warrant for failure to appear on a false report charge and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an obstructing identification charge. Released after posting $750 cash bond.

• Viviene L. Keener, 29, of Bremen, was arrested Oct. 10 by Chester police and charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving without lights. Released after posting $100 cash bond and driver's license.

• Admir Husic, 28, homeless, was arrested Oct. 11 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Bond was set at $5,000. Was incarcerated.

• Lance Q. Glodo, 30, of Coulterville, was arrested Oct. 11 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for battery. Released after posting $500 cash bond.

• William W. Freestone, 39, of Red Bud, was arrested Oct. 12 by Red Bud police on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Released on recognizance bond.

• Heather N. Burgdorf, 33, of Marissa, was arrested Oct. 12 by Red Bud police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to land charge. Bond was set at $10,000. Was incarcerated.

• Michael J. Piechoinski, 50, of Tilden, was arrested Oct. 12 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a battery charge. Released on recognizance bond.
