Gregory W. Hadler of Perryville

Gregory W. Hadler, 58, of Perryville, Missouri, died Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He was born Feb. 28, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri to Willard L. and Glenda J. (Springer) Hadler.

He and Dawn Steffens were married on June 27, 1987 in Farrar, Missouri. She survives in Crosstown, Missouri.

Greg was owner/operator of Hadler Electric. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown and the Perry County Sportsman Club. He loved playing dartball, softball and golf. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and John Deere tractors. Greg loved spending time with his family, grandchildren and friends.

Other survivors include his daughter, Kari (Brian) Buerck of Perryville; son, Shawn (Morgan) Hadler of Perryville; two brothers, Mark (Tina) Hadler of St. Louis and Tim (Julie) Hadler of Crosstown; three grandchildren, Evelyn Buerck, Kenrick Buerck and Greyson Hadler.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020 and from 6:30 to 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21 at Ford & Young Chapel in Perryville.

The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, 2020 at Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown, with the Rev. Roger Abernathy officiating.

Burial will be at Point Rest Cemetery in Menfro, Missouri.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown, Saxony Lutheran High School or Immanuel Lutheran School.
