Nathaniel Rains, recipient of this year's $1,000 Chester Rotary Club scholarship, receives the scholarship from Rotary President Mary Sulser. Nathaniel, the son of Jim and Karen Rains, will attend Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where he will major in computer science.
