Randall W. Hicks, formerly of Harrisburg

Randall W. Hicks, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away May 31, 2019 in Portland.

He was born June 22, 1945 to Russell Wayne Hicks and Beulah M. (Shelton) Hicks.

He married Peggy A. Phelps on June 22, 1966. They had one daughter, Elish, who is deceased.

He is survived by brothers Teddy R. (Carol), Lyndol (Reba) and Deneen Hicks; sisters Opal Gibbs and Joy Wilson; grandchildren Naseem (Michael) Morgan, Neda Moarefi, Noosheen and Paymon Hossein; one great-grandson, Maddox Morgan; and son-in-law Mansur Hossein.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter, and sisters Betty and Gerti.

He was cremated and a graveside service will be at a later date in Harrisburg.
