Velma Geraldine Stevers King, formerly of Harrisburg

Velma Geraldine Stevers King, 89, of East Moline, died on May 23, 2019.

At her request, there will be no services. Quad Cities Cremation Center is assisting the family with arrangements.

Velma G. King was born on April 29, 1930 in Harrisburg, the daughter of George and Daisy Stevers. She worked with Maid Rite for 35 years.

She is survived by sons Cody Wiley, Lonnie Stevenson and Alan Stevenson; daughters, Sherrie Tittle and Karla Liberio; eight grandchildren; 10 great- and three great-great-grandchildren.
