Velma Delores Frazier, 87, of Elizabethtown died May 27, 2019 at Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehab.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2019 at Hardin County Funeral Service (Cox Chapel) in Rosiclare. A private graveside service will be held later at Empire Cemetery.
