Emersyn Shea Shadowens of Pittsburg

PITTSBURG - Emersyn Shea Shadowens, infant daughter of Clay and Katelyn (Mocaby) Shadowens, was delivered into the hands of her loving God at 5:45 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

Survivors include her parents, Clay and Katelyn Shadowens, of Pittsburg; maternal grandparents, Tony and Lori Mocaby, of Pittsburg; paternal grandparents, Clay and Tonya Shadowens, of Goreville; maternal great-grandparents, William and Caroline Mocaby, of Pittsburg and Linda Rutledge of Pittsburg; paternal great-grandparents, Dale and Candace Shadowens, of Goreville and Caroline and Michael Montgomery, of Johnston City; maternal great-great-grandparents, Henry Shaver and Roy Rutledge, of Arkansas; aunts, Amber Raby and husband, Justin, of Benton and Tiffany Shadowens of Marion; uncles, Tyler Shadowens and wife, Courtney, of Crab Orchard and Justin Shadowens of Goreville; and cousins, Finley, Blake, Heston and Hayden.

A graveside funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 6 at Cana Cemetery in Goreville, with the Rev. Randy Jones officiating.

Friends and family are invited to gather at the graveside from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
