Helen M. Bierman of Chester

Helen M. Bierman, 90, of Chester, passed away at 5 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018 at Meramec Bluffs Care Center, Ballwin, Missouri.

She was born to the late Clarence and Jessie (nee Jones) Eggemeyer on Oct. 17, 1928 in Chester. She married Wilbert Bierman on Aug. 6, 1949 in Arkansas; he preceded her in death on March 16, 1991.

Helen worked in the mail room at Gilster Mary-Lee for 10 years. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bremen.

Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca Niblock of Pacific, Mo.; one sister, Yvonne (Harold) Holman of Cannon Falls, Mich.; two grandchildren, Erin (Steven) Hamilton and Christopher (Tiffany) Niblock; and one great grandchild, Ella Hamilton

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother, Roger Eggemeyer; two sisters, Erna Eggemeyer and Betty Bierman; and 1 one son-in-law, Jon Niblock.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bremen with Rev. Edwin Reuter officiating. Interment will be at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Bremen.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Pechacek Funeral Homes, Chester, and from 10 a.m.- 11 a.m. Monday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bremen.
