Sheriff's and police reports
The following information was obtained from the police departments listed below. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt. Unless otherwise indicated, subjects were being held in Randolph County Jail at the time of publication.
RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
• Johnathan B. Dunn, 33, of DuQuoin, was arrested Oct. 23 by Chester Police for forgery and on an Ashland City. Tenn. warrant for deceptive practice.
• Trisha M. Zimmerman, 24, of Red Bud, was arrested Oct. 24 by Red Bud Police for domestic battery.
• Laurie A. Williamson, 55, of Ava, was arrested Oct. 24 by Chester Police for resisting a peace officer. Bond amount is $1,500.
• Jamie Stout, 36, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 24 by Chester Police for resisting a peace officer and a Perry County Mo. warrant for failure to appear on forgery charges and unlawful possession of controlled substance. Bond amount is $1,500.
• David M. Chapin, 38, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 25 by Chester Police for domestic battery.
• Raymond R. Zepeda, 20, of Chester, was arrested Oct. 26 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for failure to report address change by sex offender.
• Justin K. Martin, 39, of Coulterville, was arrested Oct. 26, 201 by Chester Police for violation of order of protection.
• David A. Morrow, 40, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 26 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for battery. He was released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Samuel L. Burris, 27, of Tilden, was arrested Oct. 27 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for aggravated domestic battery.
• Jeffrey M. Smith, 47, of Coulterville, was arrested Oct. 27 by Sparta Police for unlawful possession of controlled substance.
• Daniel G. Aponte, 26, of Sparta, was arrested Oct. 28 by Sparta Police on a Randolph County warrant for domestic battery. Bond amount is $3,500.
SPARTA POLICE
