Sarah Lee (Brown) Rhine, formerly of Eldorado

Sarah Lee Rhine (nee Brown), former resident of Eldorado, peacefully passed away July 25, 2018 in Elsmere, Kentucky.

She and her husband Clark Rhine (age 85) celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary July 23, 2018. She was the loving daughter of the late Orpha and the late Stanley Brown, and loving sister to the late Charles Brown, the late Margaret Stadler and the late Ray Brown.

Sarah was surrounded by Clark, her daughter Yvonne Sudy, daughter Sharon Barnett and son-in-law Michael Barnett. Yvonne's husband, Kevin, passed away in 2016. Sarah was adored by her grandchildren A.J. Sudy and Katherine (Sudy) Glidden. She had many dearly loved nephews and nieces.

Sarah belonged to a quilters circle at the First Presbyterian Church in Eldorado, where she created beautiful quilted blankets and wall hangings. She was also active in the Better Homes Homemakers' group.

Although Sarah also enjoyed gardening and reading mysteries, what she treasured most was spending time with family. May the Lord be with you always.

A graveside service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 28 at the Rhine Cemetery, Rhine Road, Eldorado.
