Randolph County police and sheriff's reports

The following information was obtained from the agencies named below. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Devon L. Fuller, 25, of Tilden, was arrested April 9 by Sparta Police on a Jackson County warrant for possession of cannabis. he was released after posting $250 cash bond.

Alyiah M. Fuller, 22, of Sparta, was arrested April 9 by Sparta Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a resisting a peace officer charge. Bond amount is $2,500.

Benjamen R. Slone, 30, of Sparta, was arrested April 9 by Chester Police for driving while license suspended. He as released after posting $150 cash bond.

Kyle A. Hilley, 44, of Tilden, was arrested April 9 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for criminal trespass to land and resisting a peace officer. Bond amount is $1,500.

Kyle A. Moore, 19, of Sparta, was arrested April 9 by Percy Police for unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of narcotic instrument and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scott E. Dobyns, 44, of Tilden, was arrested April 9 by Tilden Police for violating an order of protection.

Brittany R. A. Guebert, 26, of Chester, was arrested April 10 by Chester Police for domestic battery.

Ashley D. Henderson, 30, of Chester, was arrested April 10 by Chester Police for domestic battery and resisting a peace officer.

Brandy D. Webb 34, of Chester, was arrested April 10 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation and a Jackson County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Bond amount is $13,500.

Jammoreo M. Jones, 36, of Murphysboro, was arrested April 11 by Steeleville Police for driving while license revoked and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Bond amount is $1,500.

John W. Wiley, 32, of Sparta, was arrested April 11 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for unlawful possession of weapon by felon.

Mitchell P. Runzo, 21, Waterloo, was arrested April 11 by Red Bud Police for intimidation.

Kerri M. Engelage, 34, of DuQuoin, was arrested April 12 by Steeleville Police for operating uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful defrauding drug/alcohol screening test and a Perry County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of controlled substance charge. Bond amount is $10,000.

Christina R. Lailer, 32, of Perryville Mo., was arrested April 12 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and resisting a peace officer. Bond amount is $6,500.

Michelle L. Frazer, 45, of Chester, was arrested April 12 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for unlawful delivery of meth. Bond amount is $10,000.

Ronald P. Welton, 52, Chester, was arrested April 12 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for unlawful delivery of meth, operating uninsured motor vehicle and unlawful display of vehicle license plates. Bond amount is $15,000.

Jacob W. Turner 64, of Sparta, was arrested April 12 by Coulterville Police for driving while license revoked and a Union County warrant for driving while license revoked. Bond amount is $11,500.

Jesse J. Queen, 32, of Marissa, was arrested April 12, by Sparta Police for criminal trespass to residence.

Rachel L. Keesee, 37, of Freeburg, was arrested April 13 by Red Bud Police for battery and theft. Bond amount is $1,500.

Russell R. Asbury, 49, of Chester, was arrested April 13 by Randolph County Sheriff's for unlawful possession of meth and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony J. Prestito, 30, of Baldwin, was arrested April 13 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for driving while license suspended and no valid registration. He was released after posting $150 cash bond.

Brittney N. Jones, 28, pf Baldwin, was arrested April 13 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for leaving the scene of an accident, no valid driver's license, no valid registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released after posting $150 cash bond.

Aldonavan M. Bennett, 21, of Sparta, was arrested April 13 by Sparta police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a stolen vehicle charge. Bond amount is $5,000.

Russell R. Asbury, 49, of Chester, was arrested April 13 by Chester Police for unlawful possession of meth and aggravated battery.

Bernard L. Mosley, 39, of Cahokia, was arrested April 14 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for residential burglary. Bond amount is $100,000.

Arron J. Pikey, 31, of Perryville Mo., was arrested April 14 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court for meth trafficking.

Joseph M. Sandridge, 23, of Sparta, was arrested April 14 by Sparta police for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and no driver's license. He was released after posting $150 cash bond.

Michael S. Bert, 40, of Chester, was arrested April 15 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for driving while license suspended and a Williamson County warrant for failure to appear on a using forged credit card charge. Bond amount is $5,000.

Todd A. Brenning 53, of Belleville, was arrested April 15 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for DUI, Failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, leaving the scene of accident and failure to report accident to police. He was released after posting $300 cash bond

Lateria V. Brimmer, 30, of Sparta, was arrested April 3 for Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Criminal Damage to property.

Anthony T. Johnson, 39, of Sparta, was arrested April 3 for Criminal Damage to Property. Given a City Court date.

Rick L. Zacheis, 58, of Sparta was cited April 3 for Driving while License Suspended. Given a City Court date.

Justin A. Laws, 29, of Sparta, was arrested April 4 for Criminal Damage to State Supported Property, Criminal Damage to Property.

John W. Huckstep, 25, of Evansville, was arrested April 7 for Parole Violation, Trespassing. Arrested Resisting a Peace Officer. Taken to the Randolph County Jail.

Brooklynn C. Fajardo, 18, of Sparta was arrested April 12 for battery and a City Warrant Failure to appear Retail Theft and Battery. Fajardo bonded and was given a City Court date.
