Anna Mae Tucker of Harrisburg

Anna Mae Tucker, 88, of Harrisburg, passed away at 8:08 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Anna Mae was born on Oct. 4, 1929 in Dale to the late Elvis and Iva Marie (Reynolds) Middleton. On Sept. 8, 1947, she married Perry Tucker and he preceded her in death on Dec. 12, 2002. Anna was a member of the Daystar Chapel Holiness Church.

Surviving family members include two daughters: Patricia Ann Wells (Jon Kleeman) of Rome, Indiana and Sherri Lynn Weil of Harrisburg; three grandchildren: David (Brittany) McDaniel of Frankfort, Kentucky, Robert Tanas of Harrisburg and Danielle (Joe) Madej of Evansville; great-grandchildren: Jasmine McDaniel, Shelby McDaniel, Kellie Tanas, Michael Tanas, Jessica (Gary) Foutch and Genasys Tanas; great-great-grandchildren: Trinity Smith, Bralyn Foutch, Hope, Holly and Hunter Burus; sister, Lovetia "Tode" Meegan of Oswego; and several nieces and nephews.

Anna Mae was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Michael Lee Tucker, and sister, Julia Marie Pyle.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 2 at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. Rev. Deborah Hill will officiate. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service on Friday at Reed Funeral Chapel.
