Note that arrests/charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.</em><br /> <br /><strong> Feb. 19</strong><br /> Police cited William R. Smith, 20, of Tamaroa at 1:50 a.m. for possession of cannabis and uninsured motor vehicle.<br /> Police cited Starr Haun, 19, of Pinckneyville at 3:45 p.m. for uninsured motor vehicle.<br /> Police cited Gordon Combs, 45, of Nashville at 4:12 p.m. for expired registration.<br /> Police cited Ashley Nichols, 31, of Du Quoin at 9:21 p.m. for duty of due care -- speeding.<br /> Police cited Joshua T. Mueller, 21, of New Berlin at 10:01 p.m. for duty of due care -- speeding.<br /> <br /><strong> Feb. 20</strong><br /> Police cited Mark Day, 26, of Du Quoin at 10:12 a.m. for expired registration.<br /> Police cited Christine Quillman, 49, of Pinckneyville at 1:58 p.m. for expired registration, no valid driver's license and uninsured motor vehicle.<br /> Police cited Kenneth Graul, 48, of Stonefort at 3:40 p.m. for expired registration.<br /> Police issued a notice-to-appear citation to Rebecca Barnes-Atterberry, 29, of Elkville at 6:07 p.m. violation of petty theft.<br /> <br /><strong> Feb. 21</strong><br /> Police arrested Alexander Bird, 20, of Granite City at 1:47 a.m. on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of intoxicating compounds. Bird was incarcerated at the Perry County Jail.<br /> Police cited Adam Williams, 29, of Du Quoin at 5:31 p.m. for uninsured motor vehicle.<br /> Police cited Heather Blacklock, 26, of Du Bois at 9:31 p.m. for no valid driver's license.<br /> <br /><strong> Feb. 22</strong><br /> Police took a 14-year-old female juvenile to juvenile detention at 7:55 a.m. on two charges of aggravated battery.<br /> Police arrested Kevin Sides, 33, of Du Quoin at 5:43 p.m. on a Perry County warrant for obstructing. Sides posted $1,000 cash bond.<br /> </span></span>
