Obituary for Peggy Ann Wise

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Peggy Ann Wise</strong><span>, 50, of St. Mary, died December 23, 2016 at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus, Mo.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>She was born October 5, 1966 in Perryville, Mo., daughter of the late Arthur Wade Hurst and survived by Anna Lee (Clifton) Hurst of St. Mary.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>She and Paul S. Wise were married on October 15, 2005. He survives in St. Mary.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>Peggy was formerly a registered medical assistant. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and American Medical Technologist.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>Other survivors include three daughters: Jacinta Via of Perryville, Rosetta Via of St. Mary and Elizabeth Via of New Athens; one stepson: Scott W. Wise of Obisonia, Penn.; one brother: Thomas (Jacinta) Hurst of Chester and two grandchildren: Ashlyn Via and Anthony Via and one step-grandson, Davien Wise. </span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>She was preceded in death by her father and one stepson, Adam Wise.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>Visitation was held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on January 3, with memorial service held at the funeral home on January 3 at 7 p.m. with Rev. Irvan Brooks officiating.</span>
