Obituary for Sonja Paulette Beil

Sonja Paulette Beil (nee Anthony), 74, of Chester, Illinois - born, October 9, 1942 - passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 in Chester, peacefully in her home with her family by her side.

Sonja was a jewel to all who knew and loved her. Sonja taught cake decorating classes at Belleville Area College, now known as SWIC.

She was a woman of faith and also a member at River of Life Church in Steelville. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and will truly be missed.

She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Young, and both parents, Charles J. and Ulla Anthony (nee LaChance).

Surviving are her loving husband of 35 years, Robert Edward Beil Sr.; Her children - Trish Shackleford, Kelly Isringhaus, Kim Hibbard, Karry Quirion, Bob Beil, and Tom Beil; Thirteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, her sister, Nita Helvey, and a number of friends and family members.

Interment will take place in Lake View Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fairview Heights.
