Victoria Ann Mohr

Victoria Ann Mohr, age 55, of Pinckneyville, Ill., passed away on May 26, 2014 at 12:30 a.m. in her home after a long illness.

Victoria was born on April 10, 1959 in East St. Louis, Ill. At the age of four years, she was adopted by Edward and Margaret (Krisby) Epplin of Vergennes, Ill. On May 26, 1979, she married Mark Mohr in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Du Quoin, Ill. Victoria was of the Christian faith and worked as a physical therapy assistant at Perry County Home Health and Pinckneyville Community Hospital, Pinckneyville, Ill. She was an alumna of SIU Carbondale. She enjoyed working on craft projects and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include, her husband, Mark Mohr of Pinckneyville, Ill.; mother, Margaret Epplin of Pinckneyville, Ill.; two children, Pamela (Andrew) Ritter and their four children, Brooke, Autumn, Brenden and Justin and Matthew and his three children, Faith, Marshawn and Madalynn all of Pinckneyville, Ill.; a sister, Patricia (John) Hughes of Denver, Colo.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Carl and Maryann Mohr; brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Carla Bruns, Randy and Laurie Mohr, Suzie and Donnie Dashner and Sherry and Kevin Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and maternal grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Lee Rawson officiating. Interment will be in Galum Presbyterian Cemetery, Pinckneyville, Ill.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Memorial donations may be made to a college fund for Victoria's grandchildren, c/o Mark Mohr.
