Catherine M. Gulley

Catherine M. Gulley, age 89, of Du Quoin, Ill., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at 10:48 a.m. in her home.

Catherine was born on April 4, 1923 in Collinsville, Ill., a daughter to John and Marguerite (Sassoe) Marco. On Nov. 12, 1949, she married Lowell L. "Snooks" Gulley in Piggott, Ark. and he preceded her in death after 61 years of marriage on Feb. 9, 2011. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses, Du Quoin, Ill. and enjoyed being a homemaker, raising her flowers and doing her pioneer work as a Jehovah's Witness.
