Barbara K. Millin

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Barbara K. Millin, 65, of Du Quoin, passed away at 6:48 a.m., Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.

Barbara had worked as a RN at Pinckneyville Hospital for many years.

She was born Dec. 20, 1946 at Du Quoin, Ill., the daughter of Louie and Bernell (Morgan) Bernardini.

She is survived by her significant other - David Millin of Du Quoin, one daughter - Tina Kurtz and husband David of Du Quoin, one granddaughter - Randee Kurtz of Du Quoin, adopted daughter - Sheryl Crowe of Du Quoin, adopted mom - Mary Spytek of Dowell, sister-in-law - Helen Bernardini of Dowell, one nephew - Richard Bernardini and wife Kim, great nephew and great niece - Trey and Morgan, two special friends - Sandra Hicks and Brenda Payne and many other friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother - Richard Bernardini.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Elkville Cemetery at Elkville with Fr. Nick Junker officiating.

Burial was in the Elkville Cemetery at Elkville.

Friends may make memorials to the American Cancer Society or the Perry County Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
